About
I'm Joshua Pyne. For twenty years I structured digital, data and media programs for Fortune 500 brands. Today I write the systems for growing companies as the founder of Conjai.
The enterprise side
I ran programs where the budget was large and the stakes were public: a $5.5M-per-month media strategy under management, and a national retail-media go-to-market that grew from $400K to $4M and ended in an acquisition. What decided those outcomes was rarely the software. It was whether someone owned each number.
The operator side
I also run a reseller business, HEAT4YAFEAT, selling across channels since 2016: 650+ pairs placed, 99.1% positive on eBay. I built the inventory record before I built the storefront. It felt backwards and it cost time. I'd make the same call again.
Now
Conjai takes what works in large companies and fits it to businesses that can't afford a new department: one owner per number, one record per fact, rules where money moves. I'm based in Indianapolis and I write every two weeks on Substack.
