Twenty years structuring digital, data and media programs for Fortune 500 brands. Now I write the systems for growing companies.
I've sat on both sides of the table: the enterprise program and the operator who writes the code.

Conjai: we engineer the systems behind the growth.
Growing companies hit a complexity ceiling. More tools and more people don't fix it. Conjai builds the operating layer underneath so the business runs on one set of numbers.
What I believe about operations
One owner per number
Big companies don't win on software. They win because someone's name sits next to every number, and that person fixes it when it's wrong.
Count once, publish everywhere
One record for stock, customers and revenue. Every channel and report reads from it instead of keeping its own version.
Rules where money moves
Price, invoice, stock count: rules. Turning a messy note into a clean record: a model can help. I know where that line sits.
